We were told that the car would arrive in March. It never did. We waited till May to receive the car. There was no communication from Rossi about the delay until we started calling weekly to find out what was going on. When I was called about it the customer service rep spoke over me which made the situation even worse. I would never return to Rossi and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. They are quick to point the finger to every one else but themselves when Rossi dropped the ball. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever received. The salesman didn’t even introduce himself to me when I arrived. He has only met my husband in the past.
