The dealership took the extra time to make sure my paint issue was corrected and properly cured while I had access to a "loner". Bob Balella, the service manager, as well as the service adviser and the receptionist all took part in keeping me advised of the progress on my vehicle. The owner's son, Michael, was waiting to personally greet me when I picked up my truck after the service department's regular hours.
