Our truck was in for the third time within 1000 or so (month and a half) for check engine light. 1st time-air intake heater box 2nd time-glow plug 3rd time- read generic code for check engine light which was for glow plug/heater box/etc...(not specific to any one thing) but still part of ignition system. Was then told it was a corroded ground on engine block which caused it to throw check engine light. Was then told not covered under power train warranty and charged $151. "Again...third time in 1000 miles" on each of prior times in dealership was told that the truck was given multi point inspection. How was corroded wires missed and why was I charged? Fyi each trip is 45 minutes each way. Would love to know why we were charged!!!!!
Mark Rossi was the rep whom was helping me with my service appt. He was upfront, thorough, and friendly. He explained what were the services being rendered on my truck and prices. Was honest and very customer-experience minded. It was a pleasure experiencing his service!
I was welcomed upon entry to the service bay, and taken care of quickly to explain what services were going to be performed as per the maintenance schedule for the car.. When completed, services completed were reviewed with me and I was quickly back on my way.
