My car had a routine oil change and fuel injection service. It took less time than I was told it might and the cost did not go up from my quote in January. I was very pleased with these items and the friendliness of all the people at Rossi.

I dropped my car off after work. I rec'd a text number I could communicate with to check on my car at any time. I kept up to date about progress. It was very easy. I also had access to another automobile to use while my car was in for service so this was not a true hardship for me. I was very happy with my service, as I have always been.

I have used Rossi for service on my Silverado for years and they have always been great to deal with. After my last service appointment I met with Dan, from the sales department, he was fantastic. Easy to deal with, straight forward, and honest. He was able to locate a vehicle for us, in a time with limited supply. Dan, and Ralph, laid out all of our options for us and were very patient with our lengthy decision making process. I'm very happy to be a Rossi customer now and in the future.
