Patti Sue: Thanks for the e-mail. I misplaced the survey but I have no problem at all in giving the highest rating - I took the Vibe in after hours and a salesman walked me back and provided me with the papers to complete for service. Service promptly called me the following morning, fully explained what needed to be done and the cost - right on the money. The work was done in a timely manner - actually, faster than I expected.
